How does Prismacast learn my voice?
When you first sign up, Prismacast analyses existing content you provide — blog posts, social captions, emails, anything you've written. It builds a voice profile tracking your sentence structure, vocabulary preferences, tone, and signature phrases. The more content you run through it, the sharper the voice model gets.
What types of content can I upload?
Prismacast handles any text-based content: blog posts (paste text or drop in a URL), podcast episode transcripts (upload a file or connect your RSS feed), video scripts, and long-form newsletters. If you can paste it, we can repurpose it.
Does it actually post to my social accounts, or do I have to do that?
Both options are available. On the Creator and Business plans you can connect your social accounts and Prismacast will auto-publish on your chosen schedule. Alternatively, you can use the approval queue — review every post before it goes live — or simply copy the generated content and post it yourself.
How is this different from just using ChatGPT?
ChatGPT gives you generic output every time. Prismacast builds a persistent voice profile unique to you, learns platform-specific formatting conventions (LinkedIn character limits, Instagram hashtag norms, TikTok hook structures), and improves with every upload. It is the difference between a one-off tool and a system that gets better the longer you use it.
Can I edit the content before it goes out?
Absolutely. Every piece of generated content can be edited in the approval queue before publishing. We expect you to tweak — the AI gives you a strong 90% draft, and you add the final 10% that only you know.
Is there a minimum contract or lock-in period?
No lock-in at all. All plans are month-to-month and you can cancel any time from your account settings. You keep access until the end of your billing period. Prices are in AUD and include GST.
What happens after my 14-day free trial?
At the end of your trial you will be prompted to choose a plan and add a payment method. If you do not, your account pauses — your content and voice profile are kept for 30 days so you can pick up where you left off. Nothing is deleted automatically.
